A couple of nights ago, my husband and I went to a little jazz club in Canton, OH, to hear one of our favorite artists, Phil Keaggy. I keep going back again and again, and it's not just for his talent, which, by the way, would be enough. He's on a very short list of extraordinary guitar virtuosos.
What keeps me coming back is his profound courage. In a secular world, where God is rejected as a rule, Phil Keaggy puts his faith right out there front and center, and sings to the Lord with love, no matter where he may be.
We should all have such courage.

WELL THIS UNIVERSE SONG REMINDS ME VERY MUCH OF THAT. IT GAVE ME THE SAME KIND OF "GOOD" GOOSE BUMPS...IT'S LIKE HE IS TALKING ABOUT JESUS "AS GOD HIMSELF", WHICH HE IS, BUT PEOPLE DON'T USUALLY CONNECT THE TWO IN THAT TYPE OF CONTEXT. PEOPLE USUALLY SPEAK OF GOD "AND" JESUS...WITHOUT REALIZING ,IN REALITY, GOD "AND" JESUS ARE ONE-IN-THE-SAME....WHAT AN AWESOMELY ORIGIONAL AND EMOTIONALLY EFFECTIVE WAY TO CONNECCT TO PEOPLE. PHIL HAS ANOTHER GREAT SONG UNDER HIS BELT...SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL, ALL 5 TIMES I LISTENED TO HIM...THANKS FOR BRINGING HIS NEW SONG TO ME...I LOVED IT....LOVE YOU, JANET
